This Membership Terms & Agreement (“Agreement”) outlines the terms and conditions of your membership with La Rosa Cigar Lounge (“we,” “our,” “us”).
By purchasing or renewing a membership, you agree to these terms.
2. Membership Eligibility
You must be 21 years of age or older to join and access the lounge.
Memberships are non-transferable and valid only for the individual named on the account.
We reserve the right to request valid ID for entry or service.
3. Membership Benefits
Benefits vary by membership tier and may include:
Lounge access during operating hours
Monthly lounge credit for in-person purchases
Complimentary guest passes
Member-only events and discounts
VIP Room access and/or personal locker (select tiers)
All benefits are for in-person use only at La Rosa Cigar Lounge. We do not sell tobacco products online.
4. Payments & Renewals
Membership fees are billed monthly or annually, depending on the plan selected.
Payment is processed securely through our authorized payment processor.
Memberships renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing date.
All prices are subject to change with 30 days’ notice.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
Monthly memberships may be canceled at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period.
Annual memberships may be canceled at any time, but refunds are not provided for unused months.

6. Member Conduct
Members must follow all lounge policies, including dress code, guest limits, and code of conduct.
Disruptive, unsafe, or unlawful behavior may result in membership suspension or termination without refund.
The use of illegal substances is strictly prohibited.
7. Lockers (VIP Locker Members Only)
Locker assignments are based on availability.
Members are responsible for the contents of their locker; La Rosa is not liable for lost or stolen items.
Locker must be cleared within 7 days of membership expiration.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and sent to members via email at least 30 days before taking effect.
9. Liability Waiver
By entering our premises, you acknowledge that cigar smoking carries health risks. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with cigar use and agree not to hold La Rosa Cigar Lounge liable for any illness, injury, or damages.
